Title Sponsorship

The task force’s mission is to keep Sickle Cell education and awareness alive in our communities. We work in partnership with schools, medical professionals, churches, and other community groups to stress the importance of getting tested to know your trait status. We also work to ensure that those affected with Sickle Cell receive the necessary medical care, advocating, education, and social support.

Sickle cell anemia is the most common inherited blood disorder in the United States affecting 1 in 500 African Americans. We invite you to join us in partnership as we meet to raise money and awareness about Sickle Cell Disease.
